These terms govern your use of AlderYou, a personal planning, performance, fitness, and style service provided by AlderSignal, Inc.
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and use AlderYou only for lawful personal purposes. Founding beta access may be approved, limited, changed, or ended while the service is being developed.
AlderYou offers general educational and planning guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a qualified medical, nutrition, or fitness professional. Stop an activity and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or another concerning symptom.
Optional provider connections are controlled by you and may depend on provider availability, permissions, device synchronization, and API limits. You authorize AlderYou to process the categories you select for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a provider at any time.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AlderSignal a limited permission to host and process it only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support AlderYou. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Beta features may change and integrations may be interrupted by third parties. We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Guidance should be reviewed using your own judgment and circumstances.
